One of the most insightful experiences for management students was the visit to the Bisleri Plant. For SYBMS students, this was a direct encounter with operations management in action. Watching the entire production line, from water purification to automated bottling and packaging, challenged the assumption that manufacturing is purely mechanical. Students observed quality control protocols, supply chain efficiency, and branding consistency, realizing that even a simple product like bottled water involves complex decision-making and precision.
