The Rotaract District 3141, conducted a Mega Orientation inviting all Rotaract clubs under the district. Rotaracters from RCDGMC attended the event representing the club. The session began with an interactive round of questions, where participants reflected on their understanding of Rotaract, including what it means to them and the benefits of being a part of the club. This was followed by a presentation that elaborated on the objectives, structure, and opportunities within Rotaract. To further engage the audience, a quiz was conducted where attendees identified notable figures and key positions within Rotaract.
The orientation also featured a panel discussion in which experienced Rotaractors shared their journeys and highlighted the changes and growth that come with active involvement. Overall, the program proved to be an informative and inspiring platform, enhancing awareness about Rotaract while fostering enthusiasm among members to contribute more effectively.
