The Leadership Training Program (LTP) was held by the NSS Cell, University of Mumbai. FYBAMMC student Ms. Manaswi Ghume attended this 5 day residential camp Program that was conducted from 4th – 8th November 2024. It was a well-structured Leadership Training Program as an investment in human potential. It combined practical tools with personal growth to prepare individuals for the challenges of leadership in a rapidly evolving world.
