A two-day physical fitness workshop was conducted on 30th September and 1st October 2024, by Mr. Ketan Khot, the Head Basketball coach at SNDT Women’s University, as the guest speaker. The workshop was designed to promote the importance of regular physical exercise and fitness in maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
Mr. Khot led participants through various fitness drills, focusing on agility, strength training, and endurance. The sessions incorporated both theoretical insights and practical exercises, highlighting the significance of tailored fitness regimes for individuals based on their specific needs and goals. He also emphasized the importance of discipline, motivation, and consistency in achieving fitness targets.
The workshop concluded with an interactive session where students discussed personal fitness challenges and received valuable advice on how to overcome them. This initiative further reinforced the role of physical fitness in the overall wellness framework under Vertical 6.
