A two-day nutrition workshop was held on 27th and 28th September 2024, with Ms. Mrugaya Bambarkar, a consulting dietician at Healthifyme, as the guest speaker. This workshop aimed to educate students on the importance of balanced nutrition in maintaining physical and mental well-being, particularly in the context of sports and fitness.
Ms. Bambarkar shared insights on creating personalized meal plans that cater to different body types and activity levels. She emphasized the role of macronutrients, hydration, and mindful eating in enhancing athletic performance and overall health.
