IQAC and Cultural Club in collaboration with WDC and DLLE of DGMC organized an Intra-Collegiate Debate Competition on the 6th August, 2024. The competition provided a platform for students to engage in a critical discussion on the topic of paid menstrual leave and its implications for workplace equality and women’s health. The debate was marked by dynamic and insightful discussions, reflecting a range of perspectives on the issue of paid menstrual leave.
The competition was judged by Dr. Padmajaa S. Kutty, Principal of Mainadevi Bajaj International School, who evaluated the participants based on the clarity of their arguments, the relevance of their evidence, and their overall presentation skills.
The top two participants, who excelled in presenting balanced and persuasive arguments, were selected to represent DGMC in the inter-college debate events.
