The Fine Arts Club of Deviprasad Goenka Management College of Media Studies organized its first event of the academic year – Doodling Competition on 18th Sep’2025, exclusively for the First-Year students.
The competition was organized with the primary objective of fostering creativity among first-year students. It sought to provide a structured platform for participants to demonstrate their artistic abilities. Topics were allotted through a chit system to maintain impartiality and ensure fairness.
This method promoted spontaneity and challenged students to think innovatively within limited time.
Overall, the activity encouraged diverse expressions of imagination and originality. The event was graced by the presence of our esteemed faculty members, Mr. Viraj Bandekar and Ms. Richa Chattopadhyay, whose encouragement greatly motivated the participants and enhanced the significance of the occasion.
The programme concluded with the announcement of winners, followed by a formal Vote of Thanks, by our club coordinator, Ms. Sherin Mathew expressing gratitude to all participants, our respected Principal Dr. Amee Vora, the faculty guests, and the volunteers, whose collective efforts contributed to the success of the event.
