The Rajasthani Sammelan Education Trust’s Deviprasad Goenka Management college of media studies had organised free of cost Career Counselling sessions in the colleges of other states, the Principal of DGMC Dr. Amee Vora, Professor Partha Samanta and a student of the institute Sanman Hutgikar visited Hubli and held a session in ‘The Global College of Commerce’, here the POC was Mr. Shivayogi Patil the Placement officer, they had a session with more than 100 students from 11:00 am to 01:00 pm, in the second half of the day they visited the ‘Oxford College of Commerce’ and also many other private coaching classes and had a similar discussion with all of them, On the 2nd day in Hubli they had a session with KLE’s Jagadguru Gangadhar college of commerce, were they met the new Principal of the college and the Placement officer Mrs. Shilpa, they addressed around 60-70 students in JG college, here the college had done their own round of registrations and these were the students who had some aspect of media as their passion. This was a 4 day official tour wherein the team covered around 4 colleges in 3 different cities The students had to pre register for the seminars and DGMC received 600+ registrations from these colleges and in total addressed around 500 students offline through this tour.
