On the occasion of Animal Welfare Day, which is celebrated on 4th October, 2024. NSS Volunteers were asked to feed animals in and around their society. They were also told to spend some time with the street animals by identifying if any animal requires medical attention. There were a few who identified and made sure that the animal was dewormed and vaccinated. This made many volunteers who were afraid of animals, fond of them as this is the second time the NSS Unit have organised such an event.
