An aptitude test is an exam used to determine a student’s individual propensity to succeed in a given activity. It assumes that students have inherent strengths and weaknesses, and have natural inclinations toward success or failure in specific areas based on their innate characteristics. Aptitude informs about the student’s mental stability and analytical skills.
At DGMC, students undergo Aptitude tests which not only check their continuous growth but also give them regular feedback on the key improvement areas. We monitor our students on an individual basis and measure their performance, thereby imparting specialized training as per their requirements. Our aptitude training program is highly interactive and is designed to give students the much-needed edge in positioning themselves ahead of the curve in today’s highly competitive world.
As an integral part of ERP (Employment Readiness Program), on 14th December, Placement Committee conducted an Aptitude test for FYPGDM students, Batch 2019-21, on topics based on logical reasoning, creative ability, general knowledge, and cognitive understanding towards Advertising and Media. The test involved solving 50 marks questions divided into Part A (objective) 20 and Part B (subjective) 30 marks.
The students found this test useful as it enhanced the chance of identifying the right specialization for employment opportunities.
