The Orientation programme set the tone for the AY 2022-23 with offline mode for the first year students. The students were welcomed by Dr Amee Vora in the Durgadevi Saraf Hall. She emphasised the fact that there is a need to be persistent, creative and innovative, as that is the requirement of the hour. Dr. Vora underlined the importance of co-curricular and extracurricular activities, and introduced the various clubs and committees to the students.
The objective of this orientation was to initiate communication with the parents and students. The students were also made aware of the guidelines that they need to follow as a part of the student fraternity. They were also informed of the Guidelines related to Examination, Attendance, Discipline, Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, Add-on courses offered by DGMC and also the TAP Training and Placement Cell.
The parents were also introduced to the Teaching and the Non-teaching staff of DGMC.
